Why To Have an Accountability Partner in Your Home Business

So you have your home business and it’s rockin’ or maybe you’re even having some challenges?  How to help ensure success: Have an Accountability Partner!

Accountability PartnerToo many times I see networkers out there — especially new folks to the industry — and they have big dreams, big goals and a big WHY, yet they are frustrated and not having success.  First off, I believe synonymous with the word “sponsor” is “responsibility,” so take care of your people.  Get them off to a fast start, give them training and coaching, set realistic expectations, recognition and encouragement.  If you are not receiving that, ask.

Now if you are a super extrovert and your WHY is rock solid and you know people telling you “no” just gets your closer to a “yes,” then you’re off and running..  That type of person will reach out when they need you, best to just stay out of their way!

For most though, it’s critical to have an accountability partner.  Someone who you can bounce ideas off of, solve problems, celebrate successes or even just to know someone else is out there cheering for you!  I’d suggest your accountability partner is someone at your level or above in the business.
